These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the fbage platform. By registering an account or placing any wager on fbage, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

01 General Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fbage ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the fbage website located at https://fbage.org and all associated services, products, games, and features offered through it.
By accessing the fbage platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be fully bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the fbage platform immediately.
fbage reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to registered players. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the fbage platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into force.
Important: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which fbage operates. By using fbage, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws that apply to you personally in your country or region of residence.
These Terms should be read in conjunction with fbage's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotional terms that apply to individual products or offers on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional or game-specific document, the more specific document shall take precedence in relation to that specific matter.
fbage's platform is operated in English and all official communications, terms, policies, support correspondence, and game instructions are issued in English. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure they have a sufficient understanding of English to comprehend these Terms before using the platform.
02 Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to the fbage platform is restricted exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. fbage operates a strict 18+ policy. Players must be aged 18 or older to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform. This is non-negotiable and will be verified.
- You are registering and playing as an individual for your own personal entertainment, and not on behalf of any third party, corporation, or syndicate.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of fbage or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
- You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the fbage platform. Attempting to re-register after a self-exclusion or ban is a material breach of these Terms.
- You are acting in good faith and are not using the fbage platform for any fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purpose.
Age Verification: fbage performs KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on all accounts. You will be required to submit a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification to verify your date of birth and identity. Accounts that cannot be verified or that are found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any funds deposited by a minor will be returned (after deducting any winnings generated, which are forfeited).
fbage takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If you are aware of any minor attempting to access or use the fbage platform, please report this immediately to our support team at [email protected]. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to restrict minors' access to online gaming platforms.
03 Account Registration
To access the full range of services on fbage — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must first complete the account registration process. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number.
One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on fbage at any given time. Registering or operating more than one account (whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address) constitutes a material breach of these Terms. fbage uses advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts detected will be suspended, and any funds or bonuses in those accounts may be forfeited without notice.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fbage account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. fbage will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify fbage support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
fbage strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your account. This adds a critical additional layer of security and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. The 2FA option can be activated from your account security settings after completing the fbage Login process.
Accurate Information
All information provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held in the account. It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date. If any of your personal details change, you must update them promptly via your account settings or by contacting support.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
fbage supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Internet banking via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank is also available for eligible accounts. All balances on fbage are maintained exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka. fbage does not hold balances or process transactions in any foreign currency.
Minimum & Maximum Transaction Limits
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction within your account. fbage reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice. Transactions that fall outside the applicable limits will not be processed.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Players who have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed. Under normal operating conditions, fbage processes approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. In some cases, additional verification checks may extend this timeline. fbage is not liable for delays caused by the player's payment provider or mobile banking network.
Fund Ownership
You confirm that all funds deposited into your fbage account are legitimately your own and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. fbage reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and a report to relevant authorities.
Withdrawal to Same Method: fbage applies a same-method withdrawal policy where practicable. Withdrawals will be processed back to the same bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account used for the most recent deposit. This policy helps prevent money laundering and protects players from unauthorised fund transfers.
05 Bonuses & Promotions
fbage offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible registered players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slot titles, cashback offers, and cricket betting promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, and ICC tournaments. Promotional campaigns are also run in alignment with cultural events significant to Bangladeshi players, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day.
Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by fbage are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms, which are displayed on the relevant promotional page or communicated via your registered email address.
Bonus Eligibility
fbage reserves the right to decline, revoke, or claw back any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player is abusing the bonus system, using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or employing betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements rather than engage in genuine recreational play. Such activity constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds and free spin awards expire if not used or wagered within the time period specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the player's account without compensation. Players are responsible for tracking the expiry dates of any bonus funds in their account.
fbage is under no obligation to offer any particular bonus to any particular player. Promotional offers may be withdrawn, modified, or replaced at any time at fbage's sole discretion. Players have no contractual entitlement to any ongoing promotional offer.
06 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct
fbage is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbage platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:
- Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, disputed payment claims, or false reports of unauthorised transactions with your payment provider after placing wagers on fbage.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any game (including live poker or live table games) to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the house.
- Use of Bots or Automated Software: Using any software, script, algorithm, bot, or automated tool to interact with the fbage platform in place of or in conjunction with genuine human play.
- Exploitation of Software Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, glitch, error, or misconfiguration in any game or platform feature. Any winnings accrued through the exploitation of a software error will be voided and may be reversed from your account balance.
- Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one fbage account for the purpose of circumventing account limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or evading a suspension or ban.
- Money Laundering: Using fbage to deposit, layer, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity. fbage complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity as required.
- Harassment: Using fbage's chat features, support channels, or any other communication tool on the platform to harass, threaten, abuse, or offend other players or fbage staff members.
fbage uses automated monitoring systems that continuously analyse account activity, betting patterns, and payment behaviour for indicators of prohibited conduct. fbage's determination that prohibited conduct has occurred is final and binding for the purposes of these Terms.
07 Account Suspension & Closure
Player-Initiated Closure
You may close your fbage account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, fbage will process any pending withdrawals of verified funds before closing the account. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons — including problem gambling concerns — please inform our support team so that they can activate appropriate self-exclusion measures and provide you with access to relevant support resources before closure is completed.
fbage-Initiated Suspension or Closure
fbage reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct
- Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated against fbage
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months
- Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate closure
Dormant Accounts: If your fbage account has been inactive (no login, deposit, or wager) for a continuous period of 12 months or more, fbage may classify it as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administration fee as specified in the current fee schedule available from our support team. Players are advised to log in at least once per year to keep their account active and avoid dormancy fees.
Effect of Closure
Upon closure of an account — whether initiated by the player or by fbage — any remaining verified balance in the account will be returned to the player via the payment method on record, subject to standard KYC and fraud checks. Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds (where wagering requirements have not been met at the time of closure) will be forfeited.
08 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fbage's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the player's use of the platform, or any game or transaction conducted on the platform, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
fbage shall not be liable for any of the following losses or damages, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if fbage has been advised of the possibility of such losses:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill
- Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses
- Losses arising from a player's reliance on information displayed on the platform that was subject to a technical error or data feed failure
- Losses caused by interruptions to the platform resulting from scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond fbage's reasonable control
- Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their own account credentials
fbage provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any game, feature, or data displayed on the platform. All games are provided by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi), and fbage's liability for issues originating within those providers' software is limited to the extent of fbage's own contractual remedies against those providers.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit fbage's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
